To get/create the EffectMiscValue of an aura (which can be a mask, containing multiple values), you have to search in the core (or compare existing spells in the DBC). You can find the values inside CPP enums, like in SharedDefines.h, Unit.h etc...

Spell schools are probably defined in SharedDefines.h for example.
