DB/Startup Strings

DBC contains strings that are used during the startup of wow almost all of them are in case of a problem (such as well known "Your game interface files are corrupt. Please remove your Interface\FrameXML folder.") with exception for a first line which is "MSG_TITLE_WOW" meaning its locaalized string is loaded as a window title for the running process
